Dr Zuzana Slavkovska’s area of research is in SABRE experimental backgrounds: simulations and measurements of the cosmogenic radiobackgrounds in NaI(Tl), measurements of the intrinsic backgrounds in the crystal powder, and veto liquid scintillator characterization and background measurements.

Navneet Krishnan has completed his Honours in the nuclear theory of dark matter direct detection. He has now commenced his PhD in the high-energy particle physics of dark matter-Standard Model interactions, working with Prof. Cedric Simenel. His area of research is DM Theory.

Cindy Zhao

Dr Zijun (Cindy) Zhao is a postdoctoral research associate at UWA node.at UWA node. Upon completion of her PhD from The University of Sydney in 2020, she got a Deborah Jin Fellowship from EQUS to support her research in Quantum Technologies to Test Fundamental Physics and Search for Dark Matter with CI Prof. Michael Tobar.

Phillip Urquijo

Professor Phillip Urquijo is a leading experimental particle physicist, with considerable experience in the management of large physics experiments, and is involved in the development and construction of SABRE South and data analysis tools for experiments at SUPL.
