Informal Resolution – Directly address the issue with the respondent, but only if you feel safe doing so.
Assisted Mediation – Seek support with the Centre Director, Chief Operating Officer, Centre Contact Officer, or the HR departments of your or the respondent’s university.
Formal Complaint – Lodge a grievance internally through the Centre or Respondent’s University HR, or externally with Fair Work, Human Rights, Equal Opportunity bodies, or the Police.
