The Centre is dedicated to achieving gender balance at all levels. We have ambitious annual Key Performance Indicator targets for the percentage of female researchers in the Centre with a goal of over 40% female researchers by the end of the Centre. We are making steady progress towards these targets and one example of this progress is successfully seeding two female-only continuing academic positions.
Additionally, we engage with gender-targeted external programs to promote equity, diversity, and inclusion. Through these initiatives, we strive to address disparities and create opportunities for individuals of all genders. These programs not only enrich perspectives but also contribute to innovation and collaboration within the Centre.
